Operator & License Owner – Bratislava

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch and run Stranger Soccer’s football platform in Bratislava. You will be responsible for building the local ecosystem, securing venues, and creating a vibrant community of players and Official Hosts.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer service in Bratislava.
• Identify and negotiate partnerships with football venues.
• Recruit, train and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and expand the community.
• Oversee day‑to‑day game operations and ensure a high‑quality player experience.
• Monitor performance, report results and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Passion for football and deep knowledge of the local football scene.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proven experience in operations, community management or customer experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
