Operations Specialist

About the role

As an Operations Specialist at Bolt, you will directly influence local operations in Slovakia, using data to generate insights that improve supply and demand in the ride‑hailing marketplace. You will work closely with local teams, headquarters and cross‑functional partners to drive operational excellence and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with local and HQ teams to meet business goals and ensure seamless growth.
• Develop strategies to strengthen the driver value proposition, expand the supply base, improve retention and optimise marketplace performance across Slovak cities.
• Analyse data to monitor marketplace health, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and prepare strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Manage and support operational and cross‑functional projects, ensuring strong local execution while partnering with Product, Legal and Marketing.
• Identify process improvements, define efficient local ways of working and execute initiatives that boost performance and results.
• Represent the Slovak market in regional and global projects, sharing insights and ensuring successful implementation of new initiatives.

Required profile

• Data‑driven mindset with a structured, methodical approach to problem‑solving.
• University degree (completed or in progress) and 1–3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, analytics, project management or a similar fast‑paced environment.
