Operational Excellence Project Manager

About the role

Kanadevia Inova is seeking an Operational Excellence Project Manager to lead cross‑functional continuous improvement initiatives across its waste‑to‑X business. You will drive performance improvement, apply Lean and Six Sigma methods, and ensure that benefits are realised and sustained.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritise and execute improvement opportunities using value‑stream mapping, root‑cause analysis and structured problem‑solving.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies to boost productivity, quality, cost efficiency and service delivery.
• Define KPIs, monitor project performance and validate benefits with Finance.
• Lead change management, communication, training and coaching to embed new ways of working.
• Collaborate with business leaders and the OPEX community to share best practices and report to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or comparable transformation roles.
• Strong project and stakeholder management abilities, with a results‑oriented, analytical approach.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
• Advanced Excel.
• PMP certification (advantageous).
• ERP systems experience.
• Process‑mining and workflow‑tool expertise.
