Marketing Manager – Slovakia (Hybrid, Bratislava)

About the role

A leading global online food delivery platform is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive its B2C marketing strategy in Slovakia. The role focuses on creating locally relevant campaigns that boost brand visibility, engage consumers, and deliver commercial results. You will work closely with both global and local teams to adapt worldwide initiatives for the Slovak market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the local B2C customer marketing strategy and annual calendar, aligning with global objectives.
• Adapt global campaigns and create locally relevant promotional initiatives across CRM, digital, performance, social, influencer, and sponsorship channels.
• Collaborate with sales, B2B, logistics and other stakeholders to shape commercial strategies and ensure campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, analyse results and optimise based on consumer insights.
• Own the local B2C marketing budget, planning and tracking promotional voucher spend.

Required profile

• Broad marketing experience covering multiple disciplines with strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Fluent in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
