Marketing Manager – B2C (Slovakia)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our Bratislava office and lead B2C marketing initiatives for Just Eat Takeaway.com / Bistro.sk in Slovakia. You will shape and execute the local consumer‑focused strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and delivering fresh, bold campaigns that resonate with Slovak customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the local B2C marketing strategy and calendar, adapting global campaigns to the Slovak market.
• Plan, launch and manage promotional campaigns across digital, CRM, performance marketing, social media, influencer and sponsorship channels.
• Collaborate with global HQ in Amsterdam and local sales teams to create trade promotions that meet consumer needs.
• Track performance against KPIs, analyse results and optimise campaigns based on insights.
• Act as a business partner across B2B, sales, customer service and logistics to deliver sustainable commercial strategies.
• Own and manage the local B2C budget, including voucher allocation and tracking.

• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with global and local stakeholders.
