Marketing Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

About the role

XTB, a leading FinTech company in Central and Eastern Europe, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to cover a maternity leave starting early September 2026. You will act as a bridge between the headquarters and local teams, ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage tasks in Jira and Monday, assign work to team members and monitor deadlines.
• Prepare mailings, build landing pages and maintain daily communication with HQ coordinators.
• Implement quarterly ESMA regulatory updates across all marketing assets.
• Coordinate localisation of banners, OOH and DOOH campaigns.
• Delegate tasks to local teams, submit and prioritise Jira tickets for graphics, pop‑ups and SMS campaigns.
• Design and set up automated workflows together with the HubSpot Product Owner.
• Manage HubSpot landing pages, deactivate outdated content and resolve email subscription issues.
• Report directly to the Marketing Project Manager.

Required profile

• Fluent in Czech or Slovak and fluent in English for daily communication with HQ.
• Strong understanding of marketing campaign structures, excellent prioritisation and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs) for document formatting and template handling.

• Hands‑on experience with website content management systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in Google Drive.
• Proficiency in Google Docs.
