We are seeking an Agency Manager for our Žilina office to lead a team of financial advisors, drive sales performance and ensure high‑quality service for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of advisors.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new collaborators.
• Take responsibility for the agency’s commercial results.
• Support advisors in client interactions.
• Organise meetings, briefings and local activities.
• Represent UNIQA in the region and build the company’s reputation.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or team leadership.
• Responsible, professional and independent approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead people.
• Result‑oriented with focus on client service quality.
• At least secondary education with a high‑school diploma.
• Integrity and natural proactivity.
