Manager – Procurement & Third-Party Risk Advisory

About the role

Join PwC Advisory to lead the development of a new capability in procurement and third‑party risk advisory. You will act as a subject‑matter expert in KYC, KYS, KYBP and supplier risk, helping clients strengthen risk frameworks and achieve regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth of KYC/KYS/KYBP and third‑party risk advisory services, identifying market opportunities and shaping go‑to‑market priorities.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, advising on supplier due diligence, onboarding, screening and risk mitigation.
• Lead business development activities, including solution design, proposal preparation and support for closing strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to identify cross‑border opportunities and align strategic priorities.
• Develop and evolve service offerings in line with regulatory changes and market trends.
• Lead and coordinate advisory teams, ensuring high‑quality, commercially relevant outcomes.
• Support the build‑out of a scalable consulting capability through knowledge development, mentoring and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Economics, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including leadership roles.
• Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English; German language check during interviews.
• Strong client‑facing and relationship‑building skills with a commercial mindset.
• Experience in supplier due diligence, third‑party risk, responsible sourcing, ESG, human rights or supply‑chain risk.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot and Power BI.
