About the role

The Production Master will lead the manufacturing team on the assigned shift at the confection operation, ensuring that output meets planned volume, assortment and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production staff during the shift to achieve target quantities, product mix and quality.
• Maintain records of attendance, performance, accidents, downtime and technological waste.
• Motivate, evaluate and develop subordinate employees.
• Ensure compliance with work and technology discipline, optimal use of working time and machine capacity.
• Identify and resolve operational problems, implement corrective actions, and oversee overtime management.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education with a high school diploma; willingness to complete full secondary education if needed.
• At least 3 years of experience in tire manufacturing or 5 years in team management.
• Knowledge of tire production processes, technical documentation, occupational safety and problem‑root‑cause analysis.
• Clean disciplinary record for at least one year.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Active user of SAP.
