Logistics Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Operations Coordinator will oversee the planning and coordination of hardware order fulfillment and international shipments. This role works closely with regional warehouses, logistics partners, and internal teams across Europe and the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate fulfillment of hardware orders and shipments to international customers across multiple regions.
• Serve as the liaison between Sales, Operations, Finance, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
• Manage inventory, warehouse operations, and external distribution partners.
• Oversee international shipments, including documentation, customs processes, and freight forwarder coordination.
• Handle hardware returns, RMA processes, and maintain accurate distribution records.
• Support demand forecasting and advance ordering to ensure product availability.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination.
• Experience coordinating logistics with external warehouses and suppliers in an international environment.
• Knowledge of customs procedures, international shipping, and freight forwarder documentation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced English communication skills, both spoken and written.
