Lawyer – Corporate & Commercial Law (Full-time)

About the role

EY is seeking a motivated law graduate to join its Bratislava legal team. You will work closely with professionals from tax, consulting and assurance to deliver integrated legal services to major Slovak and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare analyses and opinions in corporate, commercial, competition, financial, pharmaceutical and labour law.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of client transactions and related documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other EY service lines and countries on joint projects.
• Monitor legal developments and assess their impact on clients.
• Engage in continuous learning across legal and advisory areas.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in law.
• Fluent in Slovak and English.
• Strong communication and time‑management skills.
• Initiative, enthusiasm and a team‑player mindset.
• Advanced PC literacy, especially MS Office and MS Excel.
