Key User – Business Process & IT Solutions Expert

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Key User to become the go‑to expert for one or more KONE capabilities. In this role you will help end‑users maximise the value of our processes and IT solutions, supporting implementation and continuous improvement at unit, area or global level.

Key responsibilities

• Support deployment of new and enhanced processes and IT solutions through testing, pilot activities, demonstrations and gathering user feedback.
• Drive change management and user adoption by delivering training, communication and promoting best practices.
• Act as the first point of contact for end‑users, providing guidance, troubleshooting and expertise on processes and IT products.
• Manage and resolve incidents, escalating when necessary and collaborating with global support teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities, share insights and contribute to the optimisation of KONE processes and digital tools.
• Build and share knowledge across Key User networks, user communities and stakeholders.
• Support benefit realization by encouraging correct, efficient and sustainable use of processes and digital tools.

Required profile

• Good understanding of business processes and IT products.
• Experience working in the relevant solution area or participating in rollout of business/IT solutions.
• Knowledge of change‑management principles and ability to support adoption of new tools.
• Genuine interest in processes, methods and tools.
• Project‑management skills are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
