KBS Team Leader – English (Italian a plus)

About the role

KONE Business Services is looking for a Team Leader to manage a group of professionals providing administrative support to customer and service teams in Bratislava. The role focuses on handling document requests for subcontractors while ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate a team, promoting collaboration and LEAN thinking.
• Drive daily operational performance, meet KPIs and SLAs, and ensure customer‑focused service.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align priorities.
• Identify and implement process improvements using LEAN and LEAN UX methodologies.
• Provide hands‑on assistance for operational tasks and major projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of leadership or team‑management experience, preferably in shared services or an international corporate setting.
• Fluent English; Italian is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience working in a multicultural, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems.
