KBS Process Associate – English & European Languages

About the role

KONE Business Services is looking for a Process Associate to join its Sell to Cash team in Bratislava. You will ensure smooth execution of contracting processes and accurate data administration while working in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and enter billing data into the ERP system.
• Communicate effectively with team members and colleagues from different countries.
• Apply LEAN principles and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for seeking improvements and sharing ideas.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and affinity for working with data.
• Collaborative and adaptable in a fast‑paced international setting.
• Motivation to learn and develop professionally.
• Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel.
