About the role
The company is seeking a Kalkulant/rozpočtár to prepare technical and economic calculations for construction projects and to develop price offers based on project documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare technical and economic calculations for building projects.
- Create price offers and control measurement statements.
- Prepare documentation for tenders and competitions.
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors, evaluate their offers.
- Monitor material and work prices and use the ITWO budgeting program.
Required profile
- Secondary or higher education in construction (civil engineering).
- Technical thinking, interest in construction issues, ability to work with project documentation.
- Responsibility, precision and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer literacy; knowledge of budgeting software is a plus.
Required skills
- ITWO budgeting software.
- PC (basic computer skills).
