About the role
The Junior Sales Representative will focus on acquiring and managing B2B partners in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, handling the full sales cycle from initial contact to first order.
Key responsibilities
- Search for and approach potential B2B partners using cold outreach (calls, emails) and convert inbound interest.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations with existing B2B clients.
- Own the entire sales process, from first contact through order fulfillment.
- Negotiate contracts in collaboration with the Head of B2B.
- Analyze data with internal software to make data‑driven decisions.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify expansion opportunities.
Required profile
- Strong communication, organizational and planning abilities.
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ambitious, goal‑oriented personality.
What we offer
- Permanent contract with a monthly salary of 1 800 €–2 200 €.
- Performance bonus up to 2 000 € per quarter.
- Work based in Košice with occasional home‑office flexibility.
