About the role
The Junior Operations Support role assists the Operations team in handling shipments, documentation, and coordination with outsourcing partners to ensure smooth daily activities.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments via DHL, GO4, and Slovak Post, including invoices and transaction documents.
- Monitor shipment status, resolve delivery issues, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate procurement and replenishment of supplies for Operations and outsourced teams.
- Maintain operational reports, track administrative activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
Required profile
- Secondary school education or higher.
- Previous experience in a similar role or international environment is an advantage.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
