Junior IP Network Solution Engineer

About the role

Huawei Slovakia is seeking a Junior IP Network Solution Engineer to join its team in Bratislava. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge telecom and datacom technologies, supporting both telecom operators and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in designing IP and datacom solutions for telecom and enterprise customers.
• Support preparation of customer proposals, workshops, and technical presentations.
• Work with routing, switching, and modern network technologies in laboratory and customer environments.
• Participate in proof‑of‑concept demonstrations and solution testing.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop customer solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Computer Science or related field.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs).
• Good communication and presentation skills, proactive attitude.
• Fluent English and Slovak or Czech language.
