Junior Business Coordinator (Spanish) – Student Role

About the role

We are looking for a university student to join our Business Services team as a Junior Business Coordinator. You will work in a multinational environment, supporting internal stakeholders and gaining exposure to reinsurance operations while developing coordination and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate personal tasks, manage contract administration and perform data‑entry activities.
• Schedule meetings, handle ad‑hoc requests and prepare presentations (PowerPoint) and spreadsheets (Excel) for client visits or conferences.
• Collaborate with global teams, acting as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders.
• Use Swiss Re tools and the Microsoft Office suite on a daily basis.

Required profile

• University student (day‑time study) with a long‑term commitment of 80 hours per month.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level).
• Strong attention to detail, self‑driven and able to prioritize tasks.
