Junior Actuarial Reporting Analyst (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a driven individual to join our collaborative team focused on actuarial market‑consistent valuations for Zurich Farmers New World Life. Based in Bratislava, you will work with US colleagues and support regular actuarial reporting under IFRS 17 and the Swiss Solvency Test.

Key responsibilities

• Perform calculations and analyses under IFRS 17 and Swiss Solvency Test with senior guidance.
• Support group reporting, including reconciliations between reporting bases.
• Analyze actuarial metrics such as new business profit margin, loss experience, trends and expenses.
• Suggest and implement optimizations for local reporting processes.
• Support modelling in actuarial software MG Alfa.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and operations.
• Strong analytical skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Fluent English (written and spoken, B2 level).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
