Java Spring Boot Full Stack Developer (Specialist – OSIA)

About the role

In this position you will develop, test, and maintain Java/Spring backend services and React front‑end applications, delivering enhancements, bug fixes and new functionality that support evolving business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain REST APIs and integrations for data‑driven solutions.
• Participate in database design, query optimisation and performance tuning for MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads, QA engineers and Product Owners in backlog refinement, technical design discussions and solution planning.
• Support modernisation and refactoring initiatives, decomposing legacy functionality into modern services and components.
• Assist with deployments, CI/CD pipeline activities and automated testing (unit and integration).

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java (8‑21) with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience building React applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Docker containers and cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
• Solid SQL skills with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL, and familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OIDC and Entra ID authentication flows.
