Inside Sales Specialist

About the role

The Inside Sales Specialist will support sales and territory managers by handling lead generation, quotations and customer communication across EMEA. The position can be performed on a hybrid basis near Kezmarok or remotely from anywhere in Slovakia.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads across EMEA through database management, tele‑marketing and campaigns.
• Own the quotation process, including approvals, pricing and follow‑up.
• Maintain daily communication with customers via phone and e‑mail, ensuring excellent service.
• Support sales and territory managers, managing own account base and funnel.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement.
• Collaborate with order management, finance and internal sales teams.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or inside sales with full responsibility for customer care.
• Proven ability to manage existing business and negotiate pricing independently.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Team‑player with a “hunter” mentality and customer‑first attitude.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work under pressure.

What we offer

• Monthly gross salary of 2,100 EUR.
• Performance bonus up to 30% of salary (average 20‑23%).
