Inside Sales Account Manager – Retail (German)

About the role

The Inside Sales Account Manager – Retail (German) will drive revenue growth and manage customer relationships for Dell Technologies’ retail business. You will execute sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and deliver a strong customer experience across assigned retail accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned retail accounts through proactive sales activity and account execution support.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell, cross‑sell, and attach opportunities across Dell’s retail portfolio.
• Execute account plans and retail programs by coordinating promotional activities, pricing, and inventory discussions.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (account executive, marketing, supply chain, finance, operations) to ensure execution and alignment.
• Track performance, analyze sales trends, and forecast accurately to meet revenue, margin, and KPI targets.

Required profile

• 2+ years of inside sales, account management, or retail/channel sales experience.
• German and English language proficiency at C1 level.
• Experience working with retail partners, channel environments, or consumer technology products.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
