Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

The Influencer Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bratislava. You will plan, execute, and optimise influencer and UGC campaigns across multiple Central European markets, guiding projects from concept through reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suitable influencers from Contedy’s database and negotiate collaboration terms.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and ensure brand and legal compliance for all content.
• Develop creative campaign strategies in partnership with internal teams and clients.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results with analytics tools, and prepare clear reports and insights.
• Maintain strong relationships with influencers and monitor social‑media trends.
• Continuously improve campaign processes and optimise multi‑market executions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in influencer campaign management, creator relationship building and UGC coordination.
• Strong project‑management and time‑management abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for collaboration with clients, internal teams and influencers.
• Familiarity with the Central European influencer landscape and ethical/legal advertising guidelines.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, brand management or influencer marketing; bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
• Working proficiency in English and Slovak; additional Central European languages are a plus.
