IFS Deployment Specialist - Engineering & Master Data

About the role

Kanadevia Inova, a global player in waste infrastructure and waste-to-X technology, is looking for an IFS Deployment Specialist to support the rollout and adoption of IFS across Engineering/PDM and Master Data, with additional responsibility for Document Management. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Key Users and the IFS Deployment Team to coordinate deployment activities, support system configuration and ensure process and data readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, identify process gaps, configure IFS in line with global standards and coordinate data preparation and validation
• Support UAT, defect resolution, end-user training, documentation, cutover, go-live, hypercare and post-go-live stabilization
• Support CAD/PDM-to-IFS integration, engineering parts and revisions, engineering data flows and deployment readiness
• Coordinate Master Data and Basic Data readiness (Companies, Sites, Parts, Suppliers, Customers, codes, categories, statuses and cross-domain dependencies)
• Support IFS Document Classes, guide Key Users and ensure sustainable governance, knowledge transfer and business handover

Required profile

• 5 years of experience in an international business environment, ideally in project or manufacturing industries
• Experience with ERP deployment
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, and an influential way of presenting ideas

• Indefinite employment contract with a basic wage of 2,800 EUR gross per month (minimum offered)
