Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment, including supporting change or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and balance structure with pragmatism in a fast‑changing business.
• Confidence and resilience to challenge constructively and stay solution‑oriented in demanding situations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills with a clear, down‑to‑earth style.
