Hospital Specialist – Endocrinology and Metabolic Health

About the role

We are looking for a Hospital Specialist to drive commercial success of an innovative endocrinology portfolio in Slovakia. The role combines deep scientific knowledge with field‑based sales activities, engaging healthcare professionals across hospitals and specialist centres.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory, building high‑value interactions with endocrinologists, diabetologists, specialist nurses, pharmacists and other stakeholders.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to meet regional and national commercial objectives.
• Utilise customer insights, market data and analytics to optimise account prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Present approved clinical and product information in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders and clinical champions within endocrinology and metabolic medicine.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, medical and operational teams while respecting functional boundaries.

Required profile

• Proven success launching and promoting complex products in hospital or specialist environments.
• Experience in endocrinology, diabetes, obesity or related therapeutic areas is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of hospital decision‑making processes, treatment pathways and account management principles.
• Excellent communication, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent experience; valid driving licence and ability to travel extensively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using digital engagement platforms for hybrid customer interactions.
