Freelance Medical Customer Service Representative (Slovakia)

About the role

We are hiring a freelance representative to manage clinical trial sites and ensure patient recruitment. The role focuses on phone‑based engagement, helping doctors and patients connect while making a positive impact on health.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact person for patients, representing the company.
• Screen patients for clinical trials, providing pure customer service without sales calls.
• Facilitate connections between doctors and patients as part of the team.

Required profile

• Fluent in Slovak (native) and English.
• Background as a nurse, CRA, or other medical field position.
• Ability to call patients and follow a strict screening protocol.
• Understanding of medical topics.
• Experience handling customer requests via phone and email, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Well‑organized, confident communicator committed to first‑class service.
• Flexible availability across morning, noon, afternoon, and possibly evening hours.
