FP&A Transformation & Anaplan Model Builder

About the role

Join Zurich’s Planning & Performance Management team to drive a key finance transformation. You will help design and implement a new rolling‑forecast approach, moving from static spreadsheet models to a dynamic Anaplan‑based solution across Life, P&C and Farmers businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the design of Zurich’s rolling‑forecast methodology in collaboration with Group and local finance teams.
• Build end‑to‑end financial forecasting models in Anaplan, supporting key KPIs for multiple business lines.
• Convert existing spreadsheet‑based planning models into scalable, standardized Anaplan solutions.
• Create intuitive dashboards and reporting views to turn complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Work with data from multiple sources, handling transformation, validation and reconciliation to ensure accurate forecasts.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in finance, planning or performance management with an analytical mindset.
• Enthusiasm for finance transformation and willingness to work in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective forecasting models and processes.
