Financial Advisor (Bratislava)

About the role

The Financial Advisor will join NN Group’s Bratislava office to provide personalized financial guidance to individuals and businesses. You will help clients define short‑ and long‑term goals, develop investment and insurance strategies, and build comprehensive retirement and savings plans.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess their financial situation and objectives.
• Prepare financial analyses, proposals and portfolio recommendations.
• Monitor client portfolios and adjust recommendations as market conditions evolve.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, regulatory changes and NN Group’s product offerings.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure compliant, high‑quality advice.

Required profile

• Proven knowledge in financial planning, retirement planning, finance and investments, and financial advisory.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse clients.
• Relevant education in finance, economics, business or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in the local language and good command of English.
• High ethical standards and a client‑centric mindset.
• Willingness to work on‑site in the Bratislava Metropolitan Area.
