Finance Managed Services Manager

About the role

PwC Tax k.s. is seeking a Finance Managed Services Manager to lead the design, mobilisation and delivery of finance operations for clients across Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, Treasury, Cash Application, FP&A and Vendor Management. This client‑facing leadership role turns complex operational issues into clear executive narratives and partners with technology and delivery teams to bring new services and tools into production.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of Finance Managed Services engagements, including mobilisation, steady‑state operations and continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted counterpart to client finance leadership, presenting findings, options and recommendations.
• Compile executive narratives and business requirement documents to launch new services, products and financial tools.
• Collaborate with technology teams to shape road‑maps, prioritise releases and transition solutions to run/operate teams.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and contract negotiations, identifying growth opportunities across accounts.
• Build and maintain a broad internal network across PwC functions to unblock work and ensure quality delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance operations, transformation, shared services or managed services.
• Hands‑on experience in at least one of AR, AP, P2P, O2C, Treasury, Cash Application, FP&A or Vendor Management.
• Proven ability to produce executive‑level narratives and business requirement documents.
• Track record of working with technology teams to bring systems or tools into production.
• Strong stakeholder management, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.

What we offer

• Salary starting from €4,000 gross per month, plus a performance‑based bonus.
• Full‑time permanent contract with occasional home‑office flexibility.
