Event Registration Specialist

About the role

Coral Club is seeking an Event Registration Specialist to manage the full registration cycle for European and international events. You will coordinate participant registration, support event platforms, and ensure smooth onsite registration and post‑event follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage registration forms, ticketing systems, participant data, payments, refunds and changes.
• Support event websites and registration platforms with content updates, testing and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate multilingual event content and communications across European markets.
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Analytics, regional offices and other internal teams.
• Handle participant inquiries, resolve registration or payment issues, and manage communication.
• Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements, including rooming lists and arrival schedules.
• Prepare registration, attendance, payment and other event‑related reports and statistics.
• Provide onsite registration support and participant management during major events.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in event coordination, registration, administration or customer support.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with numbers, data and administrative systems.
• English and Russian language proficiency; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel and occasionally work on weekends.
