Ecommerce Manager

About the role

The Ecommerce Manager will lead the company’s online sales channels, ensuring the e‑commerce platform and marketplace listings drive growth and deliver an excellent customer experience. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Bratislava and reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns across the company website and external marketplaces.
• Monitor website performance, user experience and conversion metrics, and implement improvements.
• Plan and execute online marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team.
• Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure accurate inventory visibility online and support efficient order processing with internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and product teams to align digital activities with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret e‑commerce metrics and sales reports.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proven experience in managing online stores, marketplaces and promotional activities, preferably in consumer or health‑related products.
• Marketing knowledge of digital campaigns and brand positioning.
• Relevant university degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in Slovak and good command of English.
