Digital Process Optimization Analyst (Graduate Role)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and technology‑minded graduate to join our Digital Office team. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting business transformation initiatives through process improvement, automation, and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support process improvement and business transformation initiatives across global operations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency.
• Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of digital and automation solutions.
• Contribute to projects involving workflow automation, data analytics, system integrations, and AI technologies.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process workflows.
• Create and maintain project documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams across different regions while continuously learning new technologies.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Genuine interest in technology, automation, digital transformation, and process improvement.
• Ability to learn new tools, technologies, and business concepts quickly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a global environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Exposure through coursework, projects, or internships to areas such as automation, data analytics, programming, AI, or business process improvement.
