Customer Service Agent with German

About the role

Provide customer service, manage incoming enquiries and handle orders from purchase order to payment, acting as the main point of contact for German‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Register and maintain customer data, create sales orders, handle invoicing and settle deviations.
• Coordinate with sales representatives, negotiate delivery dates, and manage shipping instructions with logistics.
• Conduct financial follow‑up, debt collection and monitor overdue balances.
• Register warranty claims and act as the primary contact throughout the claim process.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Customer‑oriented with strong attention to detail and a team player.

Required skills

• German language proficiency.
• English language proficiency.
• MS Office (intermediate level).
