Customer Service Agent with German

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent who is fluent in German and English to manage incoming enquiries, process orders and support the sales and logistics teams at Johnson Controls.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service from enquiry through order processing, invoicing and payment follow‑up.
• Register and maintain customer data, create sales orders and handle credit/debit notes.
• Co‑operate with sales representatives, communicate prices, agreements and incoterms.
• Negotiate delivery dates with factories and coordinate shipping instructions with the Logistics Specialist.
• Conduct financial follow‑up, including debt collection and monitoring overdue balances.
• Register warranty claims and act as the primary contact throughout the claim process.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in German and English.

Required skills

• MS Office (intermediate level).
• PC skills (intermediate level).
