Customer Care Specialist – Technical Consulting

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist who will act as the main technical point of contact for our customers and local dealers in Bratislava. You will combine consulting, problem‑solving and sales to ensure successful service and parts delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting and serve as the direct contact for customers and dealers.
• Identify improvement opportunities, analyse issues and develop effective solutions.
• Gather and act on feedback to refine service and sales strategies.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, dealers and service partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Sell replacement parts and related services, meeting sales targets.

Required profile

• Technical or service‑technician training, preferably with experience in technical support.
• Knowledge of installation, user training and commissioning of professional equipment.
• Proven experience in relationship management with partners or service partners.
• Strong communication abilities in both service and sales contexts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent English and comfortable in an international environment.
• Negotiation, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
