Contract Manager – Commercial & IT Contracts

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our international team and take ownership of commercial and IT contracting activities across EMEA and beyond. In this role you’ll lead the contract facilitation process, negotiate commercial and IT contracts, and coordinate closely between Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders, with support from the Legal team for complex questions.

Key responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and finalize commercial and IT contracts related to managed services, outsourcing, and procurement.
• Coordinate the full contract lifecycle, working closely with Legal and internal stakeholders.
• Identify contractual risks, flag them appropriately, and escalate complex legal matters to Legal.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, internal policies, and external regulations, including AI and data‑privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional global teams such as Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Procurement.
• Support the development of contract templates and best practices.
• Serve as a point of contact for questions on contract templates, redlines, and process items.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in contract negotiation, coordination, or facilitation, preferably with IT or commercial contracts (software, SaaS, outsourcing, procurement).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Confidence reviewing contract language, identifying risks, and explaining implications to non‑legal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage a high volume of contracts and competing priorities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• A law degree is a plus but not required; real contract experience is essential.
