Communication Specialist (12-month Fixed-Term)

About the role

Join us as a Communications Specialist on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract and help shape impactful internal and external communications across our global organization. You will work closely with colleagues in Switzerland and Singapore as part of a small, international team, creating engaging content and ensuring consistent, effective communication that supports our business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of global internal and external communications initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Create compelling, audience‑focused content for internal news, press releases, presentations, speeches, social media and other platforms.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Support media‑relation activities and produce media monitoring reports with insights and recommendations.
• Track and analyse communications performance, using insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Assist with crisis communication through research, monitoring, coordination and content development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align communication strategies with overall business goals.
• Manage budgets and timelines for projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in internal and external communications; financial industry or consulting experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills with the ability to write and edit a wide variety of content.
• Strong editorial judgement, attention to detail and brand alignment.
• Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills across functions, regions and seniority levels.
• Project‑management capability to prioritise tasks, manage budgets and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented approach with ownership from brief to delivery.
• Digitally savvy with familiarity with SharePoint, CRM systems, social media platforms and AI‑enabled workflows.
