Change Manager - Communication Specialist (German speaker)

About the role

Operational Services GmbH, part of Deutsche Telekom Systems Solutions Slovakia, is looking for a Change Manager / Communication Specialist fluent in German to join its English and German-speaking team in Košice. The role advises customers and project teams on communication strategies, plans external project communications and produces clear, accurate content in German and English.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers, project managers and project teams on communication strategies and the effective communication of project topics.
• Plan and coordinate external project communications addressed to customers and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain newsletters, Confluence pages, emails, release notes, intranet articles, presentations and other communication material.
• Manage and respond to inquiries received through the project mailbox.
• Maintain communication channels such as the quarterly ESM newsletter, monthly ESM and reporting release notes, daily mailbox management, and communication of planned downtimes and maintenance windows every 1 to 3 months.
• Distribute topic-specific emails to various target audiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning and delivering IT-related communications, corporate internal communications and communication consulting.
• Ability to write clear, accurate, error-free content in German and English.
• Strong independence, ownership and stakeholder management skills, with a reliable, detail-oriented approach focused on quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Social Sciences, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• German: good working proficiency (written and spoken).
• English: nice to have.
• Experience in agile environments (Scrum) is an advantage.
