Business & Market Analyst (Hybrid)

About the role

Swiss Re is looking for a Business & Market Analyst based in Bratislava, reporting to the Head of Life & Health Germany, ACEE & Nordics. The role turns strategic priorities and market insights into analysis, quality materials and effective execution, working closely with market leadership, Client Managers and cross-functional experts. It is a hybrid position.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare strategy papers, market and client analyses, presentations and briefing materials for leadership and strategic client engagements.
• Monitor business performance and key KPIs, produce regular reports and give management updates.
• Coordinate client events, training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Support product and portfolio reporting, including WISER, and prepare materials for senior stakeholder discussions.
• Coordinate processes such as due diligence, compliance activities, regulatory requests, tenders and RFPs.
• Support client feedback and key account processes, including NPS and NMG, and prepare management meetings.
• Contribute to strategic, commercial and operational priorities through analysis and ad hoc support.

Required profile

• Proactive, structured professional who manages several priorities at once and works well across functions.
• University degree or equivalent, ideally in business, economics, finance, international relations or a related field.
• Interest in Life & Health insurance; previous insurance or reinsurance experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.

What we offer

• Base salary in Slovakia of 1,900 to 3,200 EUR per month for a full-time role, depending on profile and experience.
