Business Logic Specialist for AI (English required) – Freelance

Key Responsibilities

• Professional tone review: Ensure every email or communication generated by the AI is polite, persuasive and human, avoiding overly robotic phrasing.
• Fact and figure verification: Check the relevance of recommendations (marketing plans, budgets, forecasts) and confirm compliance with standard accounting and financial rules.
• Internal process training: Teach the AI common procedures (meeting summaries, invoice drafting, project scheduling, action tracking) to improve operational efficiency.
• Continuous improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions to enrich the AI model and boost its performance.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3) in Business, Finance, Management or a related field.
• Native proficiency in your mother tongue (Slovak or other local language) and intermediate English (B1) for international instructions.
• 1–2 years of office experience (internship, assistant, junior business analyst, etc.) with exposure to office tools and business processes.
• Excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail and ability to spot logical inconsistencies.
• High ethical standards and knowledge of intercultural communication best practices.
