Business Intelligence Developer – Power BI Focus

About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to design and maintain advanced analytical solutions for the Product & Technology management department. You will work with financial data, transform it into actionable insights, and collaborate with a global Henkel community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop advanced analytical tools in Power BI and deliver visualisations for financial KPIs.
• Combine multiple data sources, understand underlying financial processes and ensure data quality.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting activities and improve efficiency.
• Manage projects independently while collaborating with worldwide Henkel financial and technical teams.

Required profile

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex business requirements into BI solutions.
• Detail‑oriented, precise and able to work transparently while prioritising tasks.
• Interest in merging BI expertise with finance and business understanding.
• Curiosity, growth mindset and willingness to develop new capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, DAX and Power Query (M) formula language.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience or interest in SQL or Databricks.
