Business Development Assistant

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Business Development Assistant role is based in Senec, within the Bratislava Metropolitan Area. You will support the sales and business development team in identifying new opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for an established electronic components supplier.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research on potential customers and competitors.
• Prepare sales reports and assist in creating proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate product information and ensure timely order processing.
• Manage customer communications, update CRM records and follow up to strengthen client satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service abilities to build positive client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for sales correspondence and internal coordination.
• Analytical mindset with market‑research capabilities to interpret data and identify trends.
• Relevant experience in sales support, business development or account coordination within B2B or technical products.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Economics or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English and Slovak; additional European languages are a plus.
