Business Analyst - Procurement

About the role

Support SAP S/4HANA Procurement across P2P, invoicing, vendor master data and accounts payable. Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria while coordinating stakeholders from procurement, finance and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Support data migration, integrations, SIT/UAT, cut‑over and hyper‑care.
• Track risks, defects and dependencies and drive issue resolution.
• Maintain process documentation, provide training and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Successfully completed university degree.
• Fluent English (German is a big advantage).
• Good understanding of end‑to‑end P2P and SAP S/4HANA Procurement/AP.
• Experience with data migration, validation and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba and integrations (CIG, APIs, IDocs).
• Experience with Agile delivery, testing and deployment.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Awareness of automation and AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
