About the role

Lead the local brand value team for a dedicated therapeutic area, driving a customer‑centric approach and delivering commercial plans and targets for the country.

Key responsibilities

• Leads local brand value team for dedicated Brand/Therapeutic Area with a customer‑centric approach.
• Accountable for country commercial plans and targets in the assigned therapeutic area.
• Trains the team on delivering commercial brand messages and handling customer objections.
• Implements the aligned HUB‑Country Brand Strategy and therapeutic‑area activities.
• Creates local customer‑engagement strategies to maximize short‑ and long‑term business.
• Manages brand‑message and material localization, promotional campaigns, multichannel activities, events and direct‑to‑market initiatives.
• Coordinates deployment of multichannel and digital brand strategy, aiming to achieve KPIs such as CIE index.
• Leads local commercial brand projects in close collaboration with the Commercial Lead.
• Develops cross‑functional integrated brand plans, supports market‑access activities, and ensures rational supply levels.
• Conducts market analysis (research, IQVIA, wholesaler data), identifies trends, and provides insights to senior management.

Required profile

• University/Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales and marketing management within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Native Slovak speaker with fluent spoken and written English.
• High ethical standards, honesty and trustworthiness.
• Leadership qualities, empathy and open communication.
• Professional experience in a global, matrix‑based pharmaceutical environment.
