Accounting Manager – Trnava

About the role

Fronius Slovensko s.r.o. is looking for an experienced accounting manager who works closely with Fronius International on budget forecasting, tax and business reporting, and acts as main contact for monitoring customer accounts, supplier payments and collections. The position is based in Trnava with immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate financial and accounting processing
• Prepare monthly and annual closing
• Financial reporting and communication with the parent company in Austria
• Cash flow management and liquidity planning
• Work with auditors, tax advisors and external partners
• Manage receivables and credit control
• Propose improvements to financial processes and internal controls

Required profile

• Certified accountant
• At least 3 years of accounting experience
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and local tax laws
• Fluent spoken and written English; German is an advantage
• Team player able to work independently

• Microsoft Office (very good)
• Accounting, finance and ERP systems
• Knowledge of internal company processes
