Account Manager – UK Education Sector

About the role

As an Account Manager in Amazon Business’s UK Education team, you will own a portfolio of schools and education providers, helping them save time and cost through Amazon Business solutions. You will work independently to meet quotas while driving impact for students and educators.

Key responsibilities

• Propose new services or features and build joint business plans with customers.
• Optimize customers’ spending growth and operational efficiency on Amazon Business.
• Conduct deep‑dives to identify growth opportunities and automate purchasing processes.
• Partner with EU sales and product teams to convey customer perspectives and drive product improvements.
• Lead business‑driven projects by coordinating internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience engaging internal and external stakeholders and communicating complex ideas clearly.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional European language a plus.
• Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in B2B procurement.
