Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join Hammer Agency in Bratislava. The role involves managing retail promotional campaigns for a long‑term client, acting as the main point of contact between the client and our creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily oral and written communication with the client, understand and translate their needs.
• Monitor and control the flow of information between client and agency to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate campaigns from the initial brief through to final hand‑over of assets.
• Oversee deadlines and manage the daily workflow of the graphic design team.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the creation of promotional material and collaborate closely with the photo studio.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience as an Account Manager in an advertising agency.
• Team‑oriented, detail‑focused and able to adapt to change.
• Professional demeanor, independent, reliable and able to accept constructive feedback.
• Strong command of Slovak orthography and ability to work quickly with Microsoft Office tools.
• Creativity and pro‑activity are considered strong assets.
