ServiceNow Developer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our growing technology team. As a junior member, you will work closely with senior engineers and stakeholders to design, configure, and implement solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and analysts to deliver high‑quality ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and enhance modules such as ITSM, Service Catalogue, HR, and App Engine.
• Assist with platform integrations, for example Microsoft Teams, and manage the solution lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to incident resolution.
• Maintain clear documentation and support user training.
• Contribute to the ServiceNow roadmap and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Understanding of the ITSM lifecycle and ITIL framework.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Proactive, service‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is a plus.
